Each Scent of Serendib product is crafted with care and intention, using natural ingredients meant for personal ritual and daily use. For this reason, all purchases are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.
Because our products are personal-care items that come into direct contact with the skin, we uphold strict hygiene and safety standards and are unable to accept items back into circulation. We invite you to review product descriptions, ingredients, and imagery thoughtfully before completing your purchase. If questions arise, we are always happy to support you prior to ordering.

Damages or Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

All Scent of Serendib products are considered non-returnable, including but not limited to personal-care items, natural or perishable goods, custom or limited offerings, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to experience a different product, we invite you to place a new order when ready.
Refunds
Refunds are not issued for completed purchases, except in cases where an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and a resolution is approved following review.
