At Scent of Serendib, we aim to process and ship orders as efficiently and thoughtfully as possible. Please review the information below to understand how and when your order will be shipped.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin once your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using reputable third-party carriers. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination, package size, and shipping method selected at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to assist where possible. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We may expand international shipping options in the future.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Scent of Serendib is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by government authorities. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged packaging and items so we can assist you.
For packages marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are happy to support claims where applicable, but we cannot guarantee replacements for packages marked as delivered.
